NM increasing 3rd quarter dividend (NM, rated BUY)

I already have EGLE and DHT and now adding NM. Dry Bulk Shipping like all stocks/sectors is in a down trend. The time to invest is now. Why? The world will slow down but shipping will never stop.
Navios Maritime Holdings, Inc., a seaborne shipping and logistics company, focuses on the transport and transshipment of drybulk commodities, including iron ore, coal, and grain.
